Refund Policy

Terms & Conditions for Refund

  1. To get the refund, a formal request must be submitted below with relevant reasons and screenshots (if required).
  2. It is mandatory to submit a refund request within 24 hours after delivery of your astrology reports. Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be considered.
  3. It takes about 48 hours to review your refund claim and initiate the refund. You will receive further details through email after submitting the request.
  4. Once initiated, it will take around 7-8 business days for the refund amount to be reflected in your account. You will recieve refund in the same account that you made from while booking your reports.

Following are the reasons that you can claim full refund for:

  • Technical mistake in birth details by Yatharth Kundali’s Astrology Team.
  • Reports were not delivered within 24 hours anywhere, WhatsApp or Email.
  • Printing issue in Yatharth Kundali (Screenshot Required)
  • You mistakenly paid twice for same report. (Screenshot Required)
  • Language of report is different than selected.
  • Spelling mistake in the name by Yatharth Kundali Team.
  • Selected Add-ons are not there in Yatharth Kundali.

If  you have any other reason to claim refund, substantial reason is required. Our team will review your request and process your request if your reason is relevant. In such cases, you might receive a partly refund as payment processing fees and service fees (₹14/- combined) will be deducted from refund amount.

You cannot request refund for following cases:

  • Any mistake from your end while submitting personal information at the time of booking.
  • It has been more than 24 hours since the delivery  of your reports.
  • Refund cannot be claimed for ‘FREE/COMPLEMENTARY’ reports.
